We offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase.
You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days if:
- The consulting service has not yet been delivered.
- The consultation has not yet taken place.
- No substantial work has been performed on your request.
Digital Products
Digital products, including PDFs, templates, planners, guides, and other downloadable files, are eligible for a refund only if the request is made within 3 calendar days of purchase and the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it becomes non-refundable.
Consultation Rescheduling
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once due to a payment error, please contact us within 3 days. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.
